Venue Entry Information
There are two main ways to access Flix Gymnastics Bedford at Putnoe Primary School (Church Lane, Bedford), as shown on the maps below:
Pedestrian access and Vehicle access.
How to access Flix Gymnastics Bedford
Supervision & Responsibility
For the safety of all gymnasts, parents, guardians, and visitors, the following must be observed:

1.Responsibility: Gymnasts remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian until they are formally handed over to a member of the Flix Gymnastics coaching team at the designated drop-off point.
​
2. Supervision Requirement: Due to the route including car parks and shared access areas, gymnasts must be closely supervised and escorted by their parent or guardian at all times when entering or leaving the site.
​
3. Drop-Off & Collection Point: The official drop-off and collection point is the courtyard area. Gymnasts must be escorted to this point for drop-off and collected directly from this point at the end of their session.

4. Transfer of Responsibility: Responsibility for gymnasts transfers to Flix Gymnastics only once they have been formally handed over to a member of the Flix coaching team at the designated drop-off point, and resumes with the parent/guardian immediately upon collection.

5. Club Liability: Flix Gymnastics Bedford cannot accept responsibility for gymnasts outside of these points or times, including while walking through car parks or other shared areas of the school site.
Pedestrian Access
Drop-Off (Pedestrian Access)

If using the pedestrian access, please be aware that you are entering a private site, as Flix Gymnastics Bedford operates from Putnoe Primary School. We kindly ask all members and visitors to treat the school site with the utmost respect at all times.

Enter the site via the pedestrian entrance at the front of the school.

Walk past the Nursery, then take an immediate right turn, which will bring you to face the main car park.

Walk through the main car park. Please take care in this area and closely supervise gymnasts at all times.

Before reaching the overflow car park and hedge, take a left turn through the metal gate and continue down the side of the sports hall.

At the end of this pathway, you will reach a courtyard area. Turn left.

Walk towards the school building and enter through the door on the right-hand side of the glassed area directly in front of you.

Guardians are not permitted to enter the school building. Gymnasts will be met and signed in by the Flix coaching team at this point.
Collection
​
Collection will follow the reverse of the drop-off route outlined above. Gymnasts will be taken back to the collection point by a coach, where they can be safely handed over to their parent or guardian.
Drop-Off (Vehicle Access)
If using the vehicle access, please be aware that you are entering a private site, as Flix Gymnastics Bedford operates from Putnoe Primary School. We kindly ask all members and visitors to treat the school grounds with the utmost respect at all times.
Please note:

The car parks belong to Putnoe Primary School, and school use always takes priority.

There are two car parks on site. Flix Gymnastics Bedford has permission to use the overflow car park only.

Flix customers must not use the main car park at any time.
Directions:
1. Enter the site via the vehicle entrance at the front of the school.
2. Drive in and temporarily park in the overflow car park, not the main car park.
3. Exit your vehicle and walk back towards the main car park. Please take care and closely supervise gymnasts while walking through the site.
4. Before reaching the main car park, and where the hedge ends, take a right turn through the metal gate, continuing down the side of the sports hall.
5. At the end of this pathway, you will reach a courtyard area. Turn left.
6. Walk towards the school building and enter through the door on the right-hand side of the glassed area directly in front of you.
7. Guardians are not permitted to enter the school building. Gymnasts will be met and signed in by the Flix coaching team at this point.

Collection
Collection will follow the reverse of the drop-off route outlined above. Gymnasts will be taken by a coach to the agreed collection point, where they will be safely handed over to their parent or guardian.
