Recreational Gymnastics – Ages 4–8 Years
These sessions are designed for younger gymnasts to develop coordination, confidence, and basic skills in a fun, structured environment. Suitable for beginners and those continuing to develop foundational gymnastics skills.

Recreational Gymnastics – Ages 9+ Years
Designed for our older gymnasts build on foundational skills while focusing on strength, technique, and confidence.
For children aged 9 and above. Suitable for beginners through to intermediate gymnasts who want to progress their skills.

Competitive Gymnastics
Gymnasts wishing to join our competitive squad must attend a trial session for assessment. These sessions prepare gymnasts to compete in acrobatic gymnastics at County, Regional, and National levels.

For gymnasts who have been invited to join the competitive squad. Sessions target performance and competition readiness across NDP and FIG pathways.
Fees for these sessions are provided directly to invited gymnasts, as they vary depending on training hours and squad level.
Annual Membership Fees
Flix Gymnastics Club Membership:
Payable annually to the club - contributing towards administration, equipment maintenance, and insurance.
British Gymnastics Membership:
A requirement for all gymnasts before attending their first session providing national insurance cover and member benefits. Paid directly through British Gymnastics, not to the club. More information and pricing available on the British Gymnastics website.
