Carl Denham and Luke Denham bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a passion for gymnastics. Their vision is to provide high-quality coaching, clear progression pathways, and a club culture that prioritises enjoyment, confidence, and excellence. They are dedicated to helping every gymnast achieve their best, at every level.
Our Mission
Flix will provide a gymnastics experience for its members that is both gymnast and parent orientated. Flix will create a pathway through gymnastics from beginner to excellence that always has the gymnast in mind.
