Frequently asked questions

Gymnasts should wear comfortable sportswear or a leotard, with hair tied back.

No jewellery is allowed for safety reasons.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

For safety and to help gymnasts focus, parents are not permitted to stay and watch during regular sessions.

However, there will be opportunities across the year to see how your child is progressing, and parents are always welcome to speak to a coach at the end of a session if they have any questions.

Please inform the club via email, website contact form, or WhatsApp before the session.

For prolonged absences, update the club so we can support your child’s return.

Fees are non-refundable for missed sessions (including illness or holidays), and there is no option to make up sessions.

If the club cancels a session for reasons within our control, we will offer a refund, credit, or replacement session where possible.
